Returns and Exchanges

Photographs of the artwork are closely matched to represent the original color and texture of the artwork. Nothing is the same as seeing artwork in person but please be aware that color may differ due to the screen or monitor.

Returns

We do not accept returns because of the originality of custom and original artwork. However, Janet Clukie Fine Art wants you to be happy with your piece so if you have questions or concerns please reach out and we can discuss options.

We do not except exchanges or refunds on original and/or custom work as well as prints.

Shipping and Damage in Transit

Carful packaging of the artwork is always a priority before it is shipped to its new home. However, in an unlikely event that the artwork/item is damaged upon delivery, please contact me with photos of the artwork and all that is damaged. From there we will discuss options for a positive experience. Please note all artwork will be insured before shipping.
